Role Summary:

The AI Senior Specialist play a pivotal role in driving innovation through AI across our Finance function. By identifying high-impact opportunities and embedding an AI culture, you’ll help us deliver intelligent automation at scale. Your work will directly influence how we optimise business processes and shape the future of finance at Kantar.

You will be at the forefront of transforming how we use data and technology to solve real business challenges. You’ll empower teams to work smarter, not harder, by introducing AI-driven solutions such as agents that free up time for strategic thinking and creative problem-solving. Your expertise will help us stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape, ensuring our finance operations are not just efficient, but also resilient and future ready.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and champion high-value AI initiatives across finance processes.
  • Act as an AI advocate, driving awareness, education, and adoption of AI within finance teams.
  • Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and evaluate their potential impact.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology teams to pilot and implement AI solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for automation.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in AI—particularly Generative AI (GenAI)—and recommend innovative approaches.
  • Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance, governance, and ethical standards are upheld.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, or Finance with an AI specialization).
  • Proven experience applying AI/ML in a business context, ideally within finance or other enterprise functions.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and the AI product lifecycle.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities for meaningful business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for fostering AI knowledge and building an AI-driven culture within teams.
