Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality
  • Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback
  • Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics
  • Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team
  • Participate in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design team

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design
  • Solid understanding of business and product metrics
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset
  • Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approach
  • Proficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality
  • Skilled in various design tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products
