.NET API Developer
As we expand our technology team within the retail banking space, we are seeking a talented .NET API Developer to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Work with other developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET APIs for banking applications.
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Integrate software components and third party programs.
- Implement security protocols and access controls for identity management.
- Optimize API performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Verify and deploy programs and systems.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback to recommend and execute improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Five to seven plus years of recent experience in .NET development
- Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs
- Strong understanding of identity access management (IAM) principles
- Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a geographically distributed team with diverse skill sets and personalities.
