You’re a curious, proactive problem solver who enjoys working across teams to tackle real-world challenges. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning new systems quickly, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates. You take pride in building tools and processes that make others more effective and are motivated by making a tangible impact on safer, smarter transportation infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner cross-functionally with Hardware, Field Operations, Data Operations, and Software Engineering to support and improve day-to-day operational systems.
  • Identify, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline internal workflows and reduce manual effort across teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues impacting the sensor fleet and internal tooling, improving reliability and uptime.
  • Build tools and workflows to automate customer service processes, increasing response speed and consistency.
  • Redesign and automate the multi-step, multi-person shipping process to improve accuracy, visibility, and scalability.
  • Develop dashboards or internal reporting tools that provide greater visibility into fleet health, operational performance, and process bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts or hands-on experience using AI tools, models, or data-driven systems (academic or project-based experience is acceptable).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and work through ambiguity collaboratively.
