You'll own a product vertical end-to-end. You'll work directly with our engineering team and bank customers to turn complex lending workflows into elegant, AI-native experiences. You'll make consequential decisions about what we build and why.
Our bottleneck isn't demand. It's delivery speed. Banks keep pulling us into new areas faster than we can build. We need people who can own big problems, work directly with sophisticated customers, and help us ship faster.
What you'll do:
- Define product strategy for your vertical. Make clear prioritization decisions and shape the roadmap based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Engage directly with bank customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and regulatory constraints. Build products that address real problems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to balance speed, quality, and scope, with a strong understanding of technical complexity and tradeoffs.
- Own the full product lifecycle: requirements, development, QA, rollout, and iteration. Track meaningful metrics and continuously improve based on results.
- Operate with speed and adaptability. Manage multiple priorities, make decisions with incomplete information, and adjust quickly as new insights emerge.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in product management within fast-paced, tech-driven environments (prior startup experience is especially valued).
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products that achieve meaningful user adoption and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions proactively rather than retroactively justify them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and simply.
- Experience with AI/ML products, financial services, or enterprise software.

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation which includes 5 days per week in our San Francisco Office.
