Role Overview:

As the Vice President (VP) of Delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation, we are seeking a visionary leader with a strong track record of achieving results. In this pivotal role, you will drive the success of our service delivery organization, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our Supply Chain and finance management capabilities while contributing significantly to the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include leading a passionate team, developing innovative service offerings, and implementing strategies to optimize service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve ambitious financial targets.

You will be instrumental in leading ERP-driven programs, leveraging your expertise in Oracle/Other Cloud ERP solutions and program management to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to build collaborative relationships will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive delivery strategy:

Execute a comprehensive delivery strategy for the professional services, aligned with the overall company's roadmap and business objectives.
Ensure alignment between service delivery and business goals.

Team leadership:

Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Develop and mentor consultants, project managers, and technical specialists.

Client engagement:

Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their priorities and delivering quality service.
Manage client feedback and escalations effectively.

Delivery planning and execution:

Take end-to-end accountability for delivery objectives, goals, and scope.
Set up governance structures and drive teams towards on-time delivery.
Proactively advise clients on upcoming upgrades and dependencies.
Define milestone-based delivery plans and drive teams towards on-time delivery.

Financial management:

Manage and optimize financial goals, driving revenue growth and service margin.
Optimize pricing and profitability of professional services offerings.

Delivery leadership:

Lead program and project delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client priorities.
Establish effective governance and PMO processes.
Foster collaborative leadership and build relationships with program leadership.
Drive improvements in business processes and team performance.

Team management

Build and manage cross-functional project teams.
Monitor and manage team goals and performance.
Foster diversity and inclusivity within teams.

Continuous learning and innovation:

Stay current on Oracle Roadmap and releases.
Maintain industry certifications and relevant trainings.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of IT experience across Oracle Cloud ERP & Oracle E-Business Suite.
Minimum 8 years' experience delivering and managing complex ERP programs as an Executive leader.
Prior experience with Oracle Cloud ERP programs at leading consulting firms.
Hands-on experience with different project delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership ability and solid functional knowledge.

This is a remote role with an expectation of 30% travel within the United States or Canada.
